Cancellations & Refund Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. All the sales and discounts brought with coupon purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & nonexchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products. We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and as enjoyable as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us & delivered to us, we shall send you a fresh piece. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • What is the Exchange policy on THECARFIT ?
  • As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once the THECARFIT pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). The customer gets a credit note only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
  • If the product is not from the sale section and eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at  within 2 working days or 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

    COURIER COST

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

    POINTS TO BE NOTED: -

    1. Exchange can be done within 7 days of the date of delivery.

    2. Eligible for returns are only those products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

    3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.

    4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

    5. Size exchange is available (in the case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & for).

    6. The cost of shipping to & for (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

    7. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    8. Once a refund is processed, it will be back to source within 5-7 business working days.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
